Born: 1872 - Glasgow Scotland
Died: April 11, 1958 - Pebble Beach, FL

Sacramento District Commissioner of the California Soccer Association in 1920 and a member of the Executive Committee of the California Soccer Association in 1924. He also wrote about soccer in California for the Spaldings Guide. On May 21, 1950 a trophy was awarded to him on his retirement as Commissioner of the Olympic Club of San Francisco to mark more than 60 years in soccer.
