Born: 1889 - Belfast, Northern Ireland

Died: December 1981 - Paradise, CA

Then played and later managed the successful Crescent Club in Brooklyn. As a Field League delegate he attended the New York Soccer Association annual meeting, then became a state delegate to the USSFA. He was first elected vice president of the parent body in 1932 and from 1934 served a two year term as president. Chairman of the National Challenge Cup Committee from 1928 to 1940. Treasurer of the New York Soccer Association, with the exception of three years, from the reorganization in 1928 to 1948. Acted as executive secretary of the USSFA from 1944 to 1950 without pay and pulled the association from near bankruptcy. Was a champion long distance cyclist in his native Northern Ireland.
